Giving Back Is A Part Of Us

Giving back is one of the cornerstones of our work. We enjoy incorporating our give backs into our event calendar to give our clients the opportunity to join us. Here are some of the pictures of our most recent give backs.

December 2024, we hosted our 5th annual toy drive to benefit our local Toys for Tots Toy Drive.

This was our largest donation of toys, to date! In addition to the toys, our team purchased and donated 100 winter jackets for the children. Thank you all for your generous donations & for those who helped us with volunteering at the warehouse the next day!

February 2025- We organized a food drive to benefit The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. All together we collected and donated over 900 pounds of much needed food & household items!

April 2025- Our team wrote a grant and matched the grant to create 200 food care packages for children in need. The Kindness Closet in South Glens Falls helped to distribute them to children in need within the community

April 2025, Our team, along with our entire office, volunteered together. We sanded, stained, & assembled headboards that will soon become part of a warm, safe place for children in our community who don’t currently have a bed to call their own. Thank you to our local chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace for all they do!

June 2025- Created & delivered our annual assembly of summer fun kits for the families that stay at the Ronald McDonald Krantz cottage in Lake George.

Volunteering Behind The Scenes

In December 2022, 2023, & 2024 we volunteered together at our local Toys for Tots warehouse where we helped with the sorting and organizing of the donated toys. The toys are sorted/labeled by age into these black bags for the charities to pick up and deliver them directly to the families that are in need.

It was really eye opening to see how the Marine Corp's Toys for Tots organization coordinates such a large task in such a short period of time!

December 2024 we volunteered to help our local Toys for Tots organization load the local Amtrak train for their annual toy, jacket, and blanket distribution event, which they deliver via train to local towns around upstate New York. Such a great organization and another great day volunteering together!

We've been fortunate to be able to make volunteering at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York another annual team event. This is always another enlightening experience to see what goes into sorting and distributing the food and supplies that come through the giant warehouse! Every time we volunteer, we learn something new and are proud to help our community.

In September 2024, we volunteered for our local food bank and helped harvest vegetables at a local farm that's primary goal is to help grow food for distribution within the food bank! If you'd like to join us in the future, just let us know this is something you'd be interested in doing!

We love our local Ronald McDonald House Charity!

We have built a great relationship with our local RMHC organization and love volunteering as a team there. We are sponsoring a room at the new Ronald McDonald House Krantz cottage in Lake George for the next 5 years.

Recently we were honored to be able to be a sponsor as well as attend the RMHC 40 years of Love Gala celebrating our local Ronald McDonald House turning 40 years old!

Since early 2020, we have consistently donated a meal each month to our local Ronald McDonald House of the Capital Region. Before that, starting around 2018, our team would visit the house and cook meals together at least once a quarter. We hope to resume that tradition in the future. Regardless, we are proud to do our part in helping families of hospitalized children enjoy a warm meal when they return home.
